Our approach

Our law firm employs lawyers who understand ecclesiastical matters.

Lawyer Dr Florian Leitinger completed the postgraduate university course in canon law for lawyers at the University of Vienna (LL.M.) from 2018 to 2020 and has since been advising and representing clients on an ongoing basis in cases that require a joint view of canon law on the one hand and issues of commercial, property or corporate law on the other.

Dr Florian Leitinger’s interest in these matters was initially driven by many personal contacts in the area of churches and religious communities, a great personal interest and not least the conviction that churches and religious communities take on numerous important tasks in our society and – especially in such dynamic times – need a reliable legal partner.

By decree of the Bishop of the Diocese of Graz-Seckau dated 25.04.2023, Dr Florian Leitinger LL.M. was admitted to the Graz-Seckau Diocesan Court as a lawyer for matrimonial proceedings and included in the Album advocatorum of the Diocese of Graz-Seckau.
