Fees

We will do our utmost to achieve the best-possible result for you. We make sure that our fees are proportionate to the outcome achieved for you. High-quality counselling warrants adequate remuneration. We can agree on whether we bill you per hour, according to the provisions of the Austrian Lawyer’s Fees Act, arrange a flat fee, or handle it in some other way. We place particular importance on cost transparency both while agreeing on our General Mandate Terms and Conditions and while handling your matter.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, in cash or by card (debit card, credit card). We work with all accredited Austrian companies providing legal insurance.
