3. Data processing when you apply for a job with us

Your personal data is processed on the basis of the following permissions:

  • for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, in particular the conclusion of a service contract (on the basis of Art 6 para 1 lit b GDPR),

Your data will be forwarded exclusively on the basis of the GDPR and the applicable professional secrecy obligations, in particular to fulfil our pre-contractual or legal obligations.

4. Visit on our Facebook fan page

We maintain a fan page on Facebook for communication and marketing purposes. This fan page is run as a company page for which Facebook provides a tool called ‘Facebook Insights’, which can be used to analyse fan page user behaviour. For this purpose, Facebook collects data on the various interaction behaviours of our fan page visitors. This happens automatically, regardless of whether you are logged in to Facebook or not. This includes information about the number of page views, the number of ‘likes’ given or information about the reach and success of one of our posts. Facebook uses cookies to be able to create an analysis and to determine whether the fan page visitor is a registered Facebook user. These cookies are stored on the end devices of the respective fan page visitor and help Facebook to identify them when they visit our fan page again. Cookies are used to process personal data.

‘Facebook Insight’ enables us to adapt our marketing presence to the behaviour and wishes of fan page visitors.

Due to the fact that we allow Facebook to set cookies on the end devices of fan page users via our fan page, we are joint controllers within the meaning of Art 26 GDPR together with Facebook Ireland with regard to the processing of personal data via these cookies. The agreement with Facebook in this regard can be found at https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms/page_controller_addendum

If you have a Facebook account, Facebook processes your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by confirming the terms of use (Art 6 para 1 lit a). We have no influence on the terms of use or the data protection provisions of Facebook. If you do not have a Facebook account and call up a subpage of our fan page, you consent to the terms of use by calling up the fan page (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a). If you do not call up a subpage, no cookies will be set according to information from Facebook. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

The statistics we receive from Facebook are anonymous. We have no influence on how Facebook compiles the statistics and are not authorised to access or view the personal data processed by Facebook via the cookies.

Further information on the setting of cookies and the processing of personal data via Facebook can be found in the data protection information and the cookie policy on Facebook.

5. Your rights

You have the right to information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing as well as a right to correction, data transfer, objection, restriction of processing and blocking or deletion of incorrect or unauthorised processed data at any time, subject to compliance with the lawyer’s duty of confidentiality. If there are any changes to your personal data, please inform us accordingly.

If we process your data on the basis of consent, you have the right to revoke this consent at any time (see point 1. Our contact details), whereby the legality of the data processing carried out up to this point in time is not affected in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR.

If, contrary to expectations, there is a violation of your rights to lawful processing of your data, please contact us immediately (see point 1.). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian data protection authority (www.dsb.gv.at) or with another data protection supervisory authority in the EU.
