Start ups
Our approach
‘All beginnings are difficult’, you might think when talking to a lawyer about the consequences of taking on a venture such as setting up a company. We also have this kind of experience. After all, we are often called in when something can no longer be resolved without the support of a lawyer.
Nevertheless, in our consultancy practice for start-ups, we emphasise that we want to ‘understand the future’ together in order to develop solutions. We solve problems, enable projects and utilise opportunities. We see start-ups as a special enrichment. Start-up processes release a lot of energy. Entrepreneurs are the ones who change the world.
What counts are the ways in which it works (not all the ways in which it doesn’t work). What also counts is focussing on the essentials: a solid legal foundation and the legally compliant design of those areas that could be a target. Changing legal framework conditions, waves of warnings, the dynamics of current global developments or the choice of the right set-up at shareholder level are just a few of many areas.
In our work for start-ups, we rely in particular on our experience in insolvency administration, our expertise in legal tech and data protection law as well as our own entrepreneurial experience.
Our aim is to work with our clients on a secure path to an ambitious entrepreneurial future.
